El 25 de noviembre el Consejo Profesional Universitario "Comunidad de Tendencias" de la Facultad de Diseño y Comunicación de la Universidad de Palermo, dirigida por el Lic. Martín Blanco, otorgó, por segundo año consecutivo, un reconocimiento a destacados profesionales que actúan en alguna de las áreas del Diseño y las Comunicaciones. El reconocimiento se llevó a cabo en el Hotel Sofitel.

Cordoba, Mendoza, Neuquen, Rio Negro, Campana y otras provincias estuvieron con sus bartenders participando y capacitándose.

Este evento se desarrolló simultáneamente con la Asamblea que eligió una nueva Comisión Directiva de AMBA.

marketing gastronomico'/><category scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='moebius marketing'/><category scheme='http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#' term='marketing gourmet'/><title type='text'>El Relanzamiento en el mercado chileno de la marca de panes Y cadena de panaderías Fuchs, como parte de la incursión mundial de la empresa Bimbo.</title><content type='html'>En 2005/2006 fuimos contratados por BIMBO Chile, en conjunto con nuestros socios estratégicos ESTUDIO VISSO (Diseño) e IMAGEN INTEGRAL (Arquitectura), con el fin de analizar la situación de la marca de panes y cadena de panaderías FUCHS y con el objetivo de reconvertir su situación competitiva e iniciar la incursión de la marca Bimbo en el negocio de los panes artesanales.

La Fase 1 del proyecto consistió en el análisis y presentación a la Dirección de Bimbo Chile del "Concept" de la Cadena y branding de la Marca Fuchs para los objetivos estratégicos planteados.

A la fecha, la cadena sigue abriendo locales en el mercado chileno y ha mejorado increíblemente su situación competitiva en las góndolas de panes de molde frente a sus principales competidores.

En su 5ta. Edición de 2008 se reformuló completamente su formato original con foco en la generaciòn de presencia de marca y consumo en los 30 mejores sitios del OnPremise de Argentina. 

6 años de conocimientos, relacionamiento con el trade, viajes por el paìs y el exterior, diseños de nuevas mixologías para las marcas, formación y reconocimiento para los Bartenders y Owners de los más importantes sitios de Argentina, Brasil y México son algunos de los logros de esta campaña promocional de la marca Tia Maria que se convirtió en una marca registrada de la multinacional de bebidas alcoholicas Pernod Ricard (el proyecto naciò originalmente cuando la marca Tia Marìa estaba en manos de la multinacional Allied Domecq).

&lt;strong&gt;Ganadora del FIP de Oro 2005 a la mejor campaña dirigidas al retail. También ganó el AEMP de Oro 2005 a la mejor campaña Latina del año otorgado por la Asociación Española de Marketing Promocional.&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;STRONG&gt;Adicionalmente, por primera vez en su historia, de ampliò el alcance de marcas en la acciòn incorporàndose tres nuevas marcas de la compañìa Pernod Ricard: el ron premium Havana Club, el licor francès Grand Marnier y el fernet Ramazzotti.&lt;/STRONG&gt; 

Bajo un concepto de "Tragos de Autor" y participando por equipos los Bartenders de los 30 sitios elegidos, compitieron frente a un Jurado de Notables en el mundo de los spirits por el diseño de 4 cocktails innovadores. 

Dichos cocktails tuvieron que estar exhibidos en las cartas de tragos, pizarras y table tents de los sitios durante los 40 dìas que duro la competencia. Los Jurados, al estilo de "mystery shoppers" recorrieron los 30 sitios y evaluaron diferentes criterios organolèpticos de los cocktails y su presencia en la Carta de Cocktails: Sebastián Nazábal-Brand Ambassador de Pernod Ricard; Rodolfo Reich-Periodista Especializado y Alejandra Rutilo- Comunicadora y Trainer en Cocktelería y Bartender.

Importantes premios como un Viaje a LaHabana Cuba para una capacitaciòn con la marca Havana Club para el bartender ganador, un viaje a Pernod Ricard Barcelona para el dueño del sitio ganador, TV Plasmas Sony, iPods y demàs fueron entregados a los sitios ganandores.
